Chasen (Bamboo Whisk)

Chashaku (Bamboo Scoop)

Traditional bamboo scoop for measuring matcha.

  • Typically 1–2 scoops for one serving
  • Gives more consistent portions

Furui (Matcha Sifter)

Used before whisking.

  • Removes clumps
  • Produces smoother texture
  • Important for ceremonial-grade matcha

Kusenaoshi (Whisk Holder)

Ceramic whisk stand.

  • Keeps the whisk shape intact
  • Extends whisk lifespan
  • Prevents bending of bamboo prongs
